Equi-Therapy at NYU Langone

New Yorker and Facebook user @SandiBachom shared heartwarming images yesterday of the NYPD mounted unit giving healthcare workers at NYU Langone medical center in Manhattan a very special mini-stress relieving break. Fuzzy ears and soft noses were at the center of the gesture. As human officers applauded front liners from across the street, patrol horses lined up to be fawned over and pose for selfies with the hometown heroes.

Once again, the healing power of horses! The hugest thank you to all healthcare workers, law enforcement and everyone keeping our city running amidst conditions of unprecedented challenge.
