Return Policy

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns made after that period will not be accepted. Returned items must be in brand new, unused condition and in original packaging with tags. All returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Saddles are exempt from this policy, as part of our risk-free, seven-day trial policy.

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return:

• Items purchased on sale
• Personalized or customized items
• Bits
• Tack that has been oiled
• Gift cards

Tack that has been oiled, conditioned or ridden in is not eligible for exchange or store credit, nor are boots that have been worn, polished, or ridden in. We advise bringing all new tack to the barn with tags on and checking for size on a clean, dry horse before you oil, condition or ride in it. 

If you'd like to make an exchange, a quick note with your package explaining what you're looking for speeds the process up.

If you believe you were sent an item with a manufacturing defect, please call or email us so we can contact the manufacturer and make it right.
