Shipping Policy

March 18, 2020 Temporary Shipping Changes

Following the guidance of government and health authorities in NYC, we have gone on "stall rest" and temporarily closed our shop on 24th Street for in-person shopping, effective immediately. 

While our store is closed, we are offering free domestic ground shipping for orders of any amount.

We look forward to welcoming you back into our historic space when we're on the other side of this health crisis. 

Should you need any assistance with your order, give us a call or text at 212-673-1400 between 10 am and 7 pm. Our staff has the most up-to-the-minute inventory access, and can confirm availability, take orders, advise shipping times and put items on hold more accurately than over the internet. 

Domestic Shipping

Manhattan Saddlery offers free domestic ground shipping for orders over $100.

Orders under $100 will be charged a $9.95 shipping fee. 

This method ships via UPS Ground in the continental United States. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and other US territories will go out via USPS. For expedited shipping, please call us at (212) 673 1400 or email sales at manhattansaddlery.com. 

In all cases, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, and Manhattan Saddlery is not responsible for return shipping costs. Please refer to our return policy for more information.

International Shipping

If you are shipping to a country outside of the United States, please call us at 212-673-1400 or email sales@manhattansaddlery.com for a quote. We can take payment and shipping info via phone, or set up a secure custom transaction on our website.  International shipping rates will apply. In the meantime, feel free to browse our selection.

In-Store Pick Up

If you select in-store pickup at checkout, you will not be charged for shipping. We will hold your purchased items for up to 60 days for you to pick up at your convenience during our store hours, Monday - Sunday, 10 am to 7 pm.
