To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns made after that period will receive a store credit or exchange for a similar item. Returned items must be in new/unused condition and in original packaging with tags.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, store credit or exchange:

- Personalized or customized items
- Tack that has been oiled
Manhattan Saddlery offers free domestic ground shipping for orders over $100. Orders under $100 will be charged a flat $9.95 shipping free. This method ships via UPS Ground in the continental United States. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and other US territories will go out via USPS. In all cases, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, and Manhattan Saddlery is not responsible for return shipping costs. Please refer to our return policy for more information.

In Store Pick Up
If you select in-store pickup at checkout, you will not be charged for shipping. We will hold your purchased items for up to 60 days for you to pick up at your convenience during our store hours, Monday - Sunday, 10 am to 7 pm.
