Shipping Information

Our Shipping Policy

All items will be shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified by the purchaser. If you would prefer expedited shipping, please indicate that on your order and we will contact you with the total shipping costs before charging you. You will be contacted with 24 hours of your order.

All domestic purchases over $200.00 will be shipped free of charge to the customer. This only applies to the original purchase. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. This offer is subject to change at the discretion of Manhattan Saddlery Management.

Our Return Policy

Refunds will be given for qualified merchandise within 10 days of our receipt of the item. Returns made after that period will receive a store credit or exchange for a similar item. Please note that we reserve the right to assess a 10% restocking fee on returned merchandise.

• Items that must be special ordered (e.g. custom boots) are not eligible for return.
• Returned items must be in New/Unused condition.
• Please note: We cannot accept returns of personalized or customized items.
