Refunds require preauthorization and will be given for qualified merchandise within 10 days of our receipt of the item. Returns made after that period will receive a store credit or exchange for a similar item. Please note that we reserve the right to assess a 10% restocking fee on returned merchandise.

• Items that must be special ordered (e.g. custom boots) are not eligible for return.
• Returned items must be in New/Unused condition.
• Please note: We cannot accept returns of personalized or customized items.
