I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?
We're very sorry that your gift did not work for you. Please contact us for assistance returning the item. They will need some information in order to pull up the account that the gift was purchased on. You will have to provide their phone number, first and last name, or email address.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax in New York State.

How fast will my order arrive?
We stock most items and orders generally ship by UPS ground, unless you upgrade to a faster shipping method. Be sure to include your phone number and email address when ordering, in case we need to contact you about your order.
My credit card was declined, but there shouldn't be any issues. What happened?
Be sure to double-check that you entered your address correctly on the website, including the 5-digit zip code. Sometimes banks may also flag large orders for your safety, so you may need to contact them as well.
Do I need to set up an account to check out?
